According to official sources, the suspect Fareed Baloch, is a key member of the banned BLA’s Majeed Brigade. He was apprehended in an intelligence-based operation conducted in Balochistan.

Security officials revealed that Baloch maintained direct contact with India’s external intelligence agency RAW. He was receiving instructions from a RAW handler and passing them to BLA leadership to target Pakistani forces. Investigators confirmed his role in the planning and execution of the Noshki blast.
