China has openly expressed support for Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and reducing tensions between the United States and Iran. During a weekly briefing held on Monday in Beijing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning stated that China highly values Pakistan’s efforts to advance the negotiation process between Washington and Tehran.

The Chinese spokesperson praised Islamabad’s active role in promoting regional stability, stating that Pakistan’s contribution is highly significant in easing the situation and reducing tensions.

She further clarified that China fully supports the stance that Pakistan should continue its mediatory role in order to help prevent a larger crisis in the region. Mao Ning said that Beijing welcomes Pakistan’s sincere efforts aimed at establishing lasting peace in the Middle East and ensuring global security.

According to political analysts, China’s endorsement of Pakistan’s diplomatic role comes at a time when the situation in the Middle East is extremely sensitive, and global powers are seeking an acceptable solution to reduce the threat of escalation in the region. China’s statement not only highlights Pakistan’s diplomatic importance but also reflects that Beijing and Islamabad are aligned in their approach toward global peace.
