Iran’s Foreign Ministry has underscored Pakistan’s critical role in ongoing diplomatic efforts amid the current regional and international landscape, formally recognizing it as the sole official mediator.
In a statement, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei confirmed that Pakistan is currently serving as the only formal mediator in the diplomatic process. According to Baghaei, Pakistan’s role is not only official but also regarded as highly credible by Tehran under present circumstances.
