Over a thirty-year journalistic career, he has served as a magazine editor for three major newspapers, a columnist, and a political analyst on electronic media. He is the author of four books. Countless articles of his have been published in various newspapers and digital platforms. He writes on regional conflicts, militancy, Islamic movements, and international issues, as well as on national and regional politics of Pakistan.
