In Balochistan, the terrorist organization Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) has long propagated a fabricated narrative regarding “missing persons,” which was completely exposed when Hamdan Ali, allegedly declared missing, appeared in court. This development confirmed that Hamdan Ali was not a victim of “abduction” but was under legal custody, unmasking the organization’s false propaganda.
Fear of Exposing Secrets
According to reports, Hamdan Ali’s court appearance and participation in legal proceedings caused alarm within the BLA ranks. The organization feared that, like the Usman Qazi case, Hamdan Ali could reveal secret safe houses, facilitators, and logistical networks. To mitigate this risk, the group permanently silenced an operative who possessed critical insider knowledge.
Not an Abduction, But a “Criminal Purge”
Analysts note that Hamdan Ali’s death was neither an accidental incident nor the result of an abduction. Rather, it was a desperate “internal cleanup” by the BLA to protect the underground structure of the organization and prevent damage through captured operatives cooperating with authorities.
Failure of Anti-State Narrative
This incident demonstrates that terrorist groups often present their own operatives as “missing” to propagate an anti-state narrative. However, when such individuals participate in legal proceedings and reveal the truth, they are eliminated by the very groups that falsely claimed their disappearance. Hamdan Ali’s case has sparked a public debate, with hashtags and discussions criticizing the BLA’s absurd claims and exposing the hollow nature of its propaganda.
