Mufti Noor Ahmad Noor, the acting head of the Embassy of Afghanistan in New Delhi, met with Anand Prakash, Director General for Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan at the Ministry of External Affairs of India, in a meeting aimed at deepening bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
