Hameed Mir is a well-known Pakistani journalist, columnist, and author, famous for his political analysis program “Capital Talk” on Geo News and his Urdu articles in the daily newspaper Jang. He has extensive experience in journalism. He joined Daily Jang in 1987 and later also served as editor of Daily Pakistan. In recognition of his services in journalism, he was awarded the Hilal-e-Imtiaz on August 14, 2012.
