Quetta, May 30, 2025– Balochistan Terror Attack: In a chilling escalation of the ongoing insurgency, a large group of armed militants from the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) stormed Surab city in Balochistan’s Khuzdar district. In a meticulously planned assault, they overran critical government installations, torched security vehicles, and unleashed terror in the heart of the region. The attackers, armed to the teeth, set ablaze the police station, NADRA office, and Levies headquarters. In addition, several official vehicles were reduced to ashes. The chaos was further intensified as the BLA seized advanced weaponry and communication equipment from local security forces.

Balochistan Terror Attack once again highlighted the fragility of peace in the province and exposed deep-rooted threats orchestrated by external forces.

Martyrdom of ADC Buledi: A Symbol of Unmatched Valor

During the ferocious assault, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Hidayatullah Buledi embraced martyrdom while defending the state and his people. According to government spokesperson Shahid Rind, the attackers targeted the residence of the deputy commissioner, where women and children were also present. Despite overwhelming odds, ADC Buledi fought bravely until his last breath. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the brutal attack, labeling it as an open declaration of war against the Pakistani state.

The premier praised Buledi’s heroism, saying his sacrifice would not be forgotten and termed it an embodiment of true patriotism. The commissioner of Quetta, Hamza Shafqaat, also confirmed that the assault was carried out by Fitna al-Hindustan — a term now officially used by Pakistan to describe Indian-sponsored terrorism via BLA proxies.

RAW-BLA Nexus: India’s Dirty War in Balochistan

As violence escalates, Pakistani intelligence agencies have unveiled damning evidence linking India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) to the BLA’s terror operations. RAW has reportedly been funding and directing BLA and other terror outfits like Fitna-al-Khawarij to destabilize Pakistan, especially in regions under development such as Balochistan. The Khuzdar school bus bombing, which killed ten, including children, is a dark example of BLA’s barbarity.

Furthermore, the BLA’s role in hijacking Jaffer Express and massacring over two dozen passengers reveals the extent of their bloodlust. These terrorists don’t fight for freedom; they kill civilians, loot banks, and attack schools. Their operations are no longer random acts but strategic moves in a proxy war aimed at bleeding Pakistan internally.

Operation Masoom: A Nation Strikes Back

In response to these atrocities, Pakistan’s armed forces have launched Operation Masoom, a nationwide crackdown focused on eliminating all terror threats, particularly those endangering children and public safety. Intelligence-based operations have already resulted in the elimination of several terrorists and dismantling of key safe houses. Funding networks are being disrupted, and arms caches are being seized.

This is more than counterterrorism; it’s a battle for justice and survival. Every inch of Pakistani soil will be defended, and every drop of martyr’s blood will be avenged. Balochistan’s soul is not for sale. The region stands proud with its poetry, culture, and resilience. It is not defined by terror but by unity and hope.

Let it be known: the Balochistan Terror Attack will not weaken our resolve. Pakistan will endure. Pakistan will rise.
