May 13, 2025 – American YouTuber Rachel Accurso, better known as Ms Rachel, openly supports children in Gaza and refuses to back down. With over 14 million subscribers on her channel Ms Rachel for Littles, she uses her voice to spotlight the suffering of Palestinian children.

In a recent interview with journalist Mehdi Hasan, Accurso described how graphic videos of injured and terrified children in Gaza pushed her to speak out. “It’s sad that people try to make it controversial when you speak out for children facing immense suffering,” she said.

She made it clear that compassion doesn’t come with conditions. “Caring for one group in crisis never means neglecting others,” she added, dismissing claims that she ignored Israeli children.

Accurso launched a fundraiser last year for children affected by conflict in Gaza, Ukraine, and Sudan. Critics questioned her intentions, but she stood firm. “That accusation doesn’t make any sense,” she said.

One moment that stayed with her involved six-year-old Hind Rajab, who cried for help before dying alone in Gaza. “I’ll never forget her voice,” Accurso shared, tearing up during the interview.

She also recalled spotting a child in a rainbow onesie like her daughter’s. The image overwhelmed her so much that she gave the outfit away.

Groups like Stop Antisemitism accused her of spreading anti-Israel messages. Instead of backing down, she called for more empathy. “Speaking out helps everyone because silence protects no one,” she stated.

Ms Rachel Gaza advocacy shows how deeply she values children’s rights. Her stance on the crisis continues to inspire and challenge millions of her followers.

By keeping her message grounded in care and truth, Ms Rachel Gaza support remains unwavering — and powerfully needed.
