New York, May 20, 2025 — Ms Rachel Gaza Appeal: Popular YouTuber and educator Ms. Rachel urged world leaders to stop Israel’s bombing campaign and the starvation of Gaza’s children. In an emotional Instagram post, she condemned what she described as “deliberate child starvation” and demanded immediate humanitarian action.

Ms Rachel Shares Image of Starving Palestinian Baby:

Accurso, the creator of Songs for Littles, posted a photo of a malnourished Palestinian baby and appealed to political and religious leaders: “Dear world leaders, you need to not let this baby die. Miles away is everything needed to save her life, and you need to find a way to get it to her.”

Gaza’s Children Starving Under Blockade:

Rachel’s message drew attention to the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where thousands of children face death due to Israel’s military operations and ongoing blockade. She asked, “How could you watch 15,000 children be killed?”

Gaza War Trauma Harms Child Mental Development:

Accurso, as an expert in early childhood development, warned that trauma and malnutrition are harming children’s brain growth of Gaza. “We are not meant to starve and kill and bomb children,” she said, emphasizing that every child deserves safety, love, and nutrition.

Appeals to Faith and Humanity:

Accurso, a practicing Christian, reminded followers of religious obligations: “Jesus tells us to feed the people with low income, love our neighbor… Everyone is our neighbor. Love this baby as your own.”

Criticism of Pro-Israeli Groups:

Despite backlash from pro-Israel organizations like Stop Antisemitism, which accused her of supporting terrorism, Accurso stood firm. Many dismissed the claims as attempts to silence her pro-humanitarian stance.

Death Toll of Children of Gaza:

Since October 7, 2023, Israel’s attacks have killed over 15,000 Palestinian children—averaging one child death every 45 minutes, according to Al Jazeera. Aid groups continue to warn of a synthetic famine intensified by blocked access to food, fuel, and medicine.

Message of Hope to Gaza’s Children

Accurso recently addressed 12-year-old Rahaf Ayed, a severely malnourished child in Gaza, offering her encouragement and support. She highlighted efforts by groups like the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, which are delivering life-saving aid.

She ended her post with a call to conscience: “They need us to be brave. They need you to see them as children. Stop looking away and see them.”
