The National Mobilization Front of Afghanistan has publicly voiced its support for Pakistan’s recent military strikes on Taliban centers and other terrorist groups within Afghanistan. According to the Front, these actions are necessary to combat terrorism and protect regional security.

The group stressed that the attacks are not aimed at ordinary Afghan citizens but are targeted against extremist factions responsible for violence across the region. It emphasized that supporting victims of terrorism is the primary goal.

Furthermore, the Front announced its willingness to cooperate with Pakistan on intelligence sharing and security operations. Afghan officials associated with the group suggested that such coordination could strengthen counterterrorism measures and reduce attacks on civilians in both countries.

In response, Pakistan has welcomed the statement, reiterating that its operations are strictly aimed at militant and terrorist networks that threaten peace. Pakistani authorities highlighted that their actions are defensive in nature and in line with international security obligations.

Officials further emphasized that Pakistan remains committed to working with regional partners to enhance stability and prevent cross-border terrorism. Authorities also stressed that dialogue and cooperation with Afghan groups willing to counter extremism is a priority, while maintaining respect for Afghanistan’s sovereignty.

The joint emphasis from both sides signals an effort to coordinate counter terrorism measures while reducing civilian harm. Observers note that such collaboration could play a critical role in stabilizing the volatile border regions between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
