Islamabad, Pakistan — Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi to discuss the current situation in the region, according to the Foreign Office.
During the call, both leaders exchanged detailed views on regional developments and shared priorities, reaffirming their commitment to continued consultation and cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
Pakistan Emphasizes Peace and Stability in the Region
A spokesperson for the Foreign Office of Pakistan stated that Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar conveyed goodwill and best wishes to Iran for efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability in the region. The dialogue reflected Pakistan’s focus on diplomatic engagement with neighbouring states to address common challenges.
