Additionally, he raised grave concerns about the nature of the attacks, stating that they deliberately targeted Iranian facilities protected under the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards. He further stated that these strikes constituted not only a serious breach of international law but also a direct violation of the IAEA Statute.
