Riyadh – Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman held a significant meeting with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir. During the meeting, both leaders discussed strengthening defense cooperation between the two brotherly countries and conducted a detailed exchange on the current regional security situation. They emphasized the importance of bilateral military relations and highlighted the need for joint efforts to address security challenges.

Iranian Threats and Defensive Measures

The discussion also covered recent threats to Saudi Arabia’s security, particularly the Iranian attacks targeting the kingdom. Field Marshal Asim Munir and Prince Khalid bin Salman consulted on necessary measures to counter such attacks.
