A high-level delegation from Turkey visited the Health Services Academy in Islamabad to explore opportunities for expanding bilateral cooperation in healthcare and medical education.
The visiting group, comprising representatives from the health, business, and education sectors, was given a comprehensive briefing on the academy’s academic programs and research initiatives. The session was chaired by Vice Chancellor Dr. Shahzad Ali Khan, who highlighted the institution’s contributions to public health policy and capacity building in Pakistan.

During the meeting, both sides discussed key areas for future collaboration, including strengthening healthcare systems, promoting knowledge exchange through faculty and student mobility, and encouraging private-sector partnerships in health-related ventures.
