Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov, according to the Foreign Office.

During the call, both leaders discussed Pakistan–Uzbekistan relations and exchanged views on recent regional developments, along with other bilateral and multilateral issues of mutual interest.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov particularly appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting regional peace, stability, and diplomatic engagement in the region.

Both sides agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields and reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close coordination on important regional and global matters.

The two ministers also emphasized the importance of continued dialogue to enhance mutual understanding and expand cooperation between the two countries.
