Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has said that all hostile forces attempting to sabotage Pakistan’s progress and prosperity through proxies and negative propaganda will continue to fail in their malicious objectives. He reaffirmed that the services and operational resolve of the security forces will remain steadfast in maintaining peace, stability, and the writ of the state in Balochistan.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations, Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir paid an important visit to Quetta Garrison. Upon his arrival, the Quetta Corps Commander warmly received the Field Marshal and briefed him on the operational preparedness of the formation.

During the visit, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir also visited the Command and Staff College Quetta, where he addressed trainee officers and faculty members in detail. He highly praised the institution’s training standards, academic excellence, and professional competence.

The Field Marshal emphasized the importance of adapting to emerging technologies, multi-domain operations, and future warfare challenges in the rapidly evolving global security environment. He also highlighted the need to further strengthen inter-services coordination among the three armed forces and shed light on the changing nature of modern warfare.

While addressing the participants, the Chief of Defence Forces stated that graduates of the Command and Staff College have always played a prominent role in national defence through their exceptional performance and professional dedication. He instructed trainee officers to ensure continuous training for themselves and their subordinates in order to effectively respond to evolving battlefield requirements and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, preparedness, and operational superiority.

Later, the Field Marshal met officers and troops deployed in different formations across Balochistan. He appreciated the high morale of the security forces in maintaining law and order, ensuring lasting stability, and upholding the writ of the state in the province.

The Chief of Defence Forces also paid tribute to the operational preparedness and unwavering professional commitment of the troops in defending the country and addressing internal security challenges.
