Web desk: The problems in Balochistan are real and require serious attention. However the slogan of occupation represents a separate issue. Raising concerns about rights and grievances is legitimate and necessary. Labeling the state as foreign can push vulnerable young people toward violence.
This distinction must be explained clearly and consistently. Disagreement is a democratic right and an essential part of political life. Hatred and armed recruitment on the other hand create instability and long term harm for society.
If recruitment into militant groups is to decrease young people must see a meaningful alternative. They need access to education skills training employment opportunities and personal security. These practical pathways can reduce frustration and offer hope.
Truth also plays a central role. When false narratives dominate even genuine development efforts appear suspicious. Trust can only return when honesty is reinforced by visible and consistent action.
The challenge in Balochistan is therefore not only economic but also narrative and psychological. The response must move forward on two parallel tracks. Justice and inclusive development must advance alongside efforts to counter misinformation. Without progress on both fronts resentment and extremism will continue to grow.
