Following unprovoked aggression by Afghan Taliban and militants referred to as Fitna al-Khawarij along the Pak-Afghan border, the Pakistan Army has launched a strong retaliatory operation under Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq, security sources said. In response to cross-border firing and repeated provocations, military operations are continuing with full intensity.

Enemy suffers heavy losses

According to security sources, in the Chaman sector the Pakistan Army precisely targeted multiple Afghan Taliban posts and military vehicles. As a result, the enemy suffered significant human and material losses, while several key positions were destroyed. The effective and timely response forced Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij militants to retreat.

Unwavering commitment to national defence

Security forces stated that their commitment to defending the country remains unwavering and that Pakistan’s territorial integrity will be ensured at all costs. Officials further clarified that Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq will continue without interruption until all assigned objectives are achieved and border stability is fully restored.
