Eman Naseer’s journey from playing cricket on her Islamabad rooftop to leading Pakistan U19 to a historic series win in Bangladesh is a story of passion, perseverance, and leadership. Her early love for the game was nurtured by playing with her brother and cousins, who encouraged her to pursue cricket seriously.
Balancing studies with cricket was challenging, but Eman’s dedication never wavered. She first played in the National Women’s U19 T20 Tournament in 2024 for Strikers, and though her performance was modest, it taught her the level of hard work required. She returned stronger in 2025 with Conquerors, finishing among the top batters and gaining recognition for her talent.
Her breakthrough came in December 2025 when she captained Pakistan U19 on their tour to Bangladesh. Leading the team to a 3-2 series win, she also emerged as the top run-scorer, highlighting her ability to perform under pressure. Eman credits her success to continuous learning, observing other players, and maintaining a disciplined routine.
Transitioning to higher levels of cricket has also been a learning curve. Representing Pakistan ‘A’ and playing in the National Women’s T20 Tournament, she adapted to the increased intensity and fewer opportunities. Participation in the senior players’ camp further strengthened her fitness, mindset, and confidence.
