The National Peace Message Committee (Qomi Paigham-e-Aman Committee) conveyed a message of unity and solidarity, emphasizing that scholars and citizens from all sects are united for the defense and integrity of Pakistan.

During the meeting, Shia community leader Shehnshah Naqvi stated that, if required, the Shia community would stand alongside the Pakistan Armed Forces and is ready to make every sacrifice for the country’s defense.

The committee’s statement highlighted the importance of unity among different Islamic schools of thought and Muslim countries and emphasized harmony between Pakistan and Iran.

The statement strongly condemned Israeli aggression in Palestine and expressed concern over the current situation at Al-Aqsa Mosque. Scholars stressed that protecting Al-Aqsa Mosque and other holy sites is a religious duty for the Muslim Ummah.

Leaders from all sects at the meeting rejected sectarian strife and called for the unity of the Muslim community. The statement also expressed concern over attempts to promote sectarianism through social media and urged the Ministry of Interior to take strict action against such elements.

The National Peace Message Committee also condemned attempts by Israel to divide the Muslim Ummah, emphasizing that both scholars and the state must act responsibly in this situation.

The declaration referred to Pakistan as an Islamic nuclear state and a source of pride for the Muslim Ummah, underlining the significance of unity between Pakistan and Iran.

Finally, the committee announced nationwide gatherings in solidarity with Palestine, to be held under the banners of “Day of Protection of the Holy Sanctuaries,” “Quds Day,” and “Al-Aqsa Day.”
