Citing a regional Arab source, Axios reported that Tehran asked for the talks to be moved from Turkey, a request that was accepted by Trump. As a result, the negotiations are now expected to take place in Oman on Friday.

The source added that discussions are still ongoing regarding the possible participation of Arab and Muslim countries from the region in the talks, indicating that the format and scope of the negotiations have not yet been finalized.
