Quetta_ On Friday night, two consecutive explosions occurred on Quetta’s Qambarani Road, spreading fear and panic in the area. Preliminary reports indicate that no casualties were reported in either incident.

First Explosion Near Police Check Post

The first blast took place near the Angoori Bagh police check post, where explosive material detonated, creating a security scare. Minutes later, while security personnel were inspecting the site, a second device mounted on a motorcycle exploded near a Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) vehicle.

Immediate Security Response

Following the twin blasts, police, Frontier Corps, and the cybercrime team launched a widespread sanitization operation on the outskirts of Qambarani Road. The bomb disposal squad was present at the scene, while investigative teams collected evidence to determine the nature of the attacks.

High Alert and Investigations

Security agencies have issued a high alert across sensitive locations in the city, strengthening security measures to prevent further incidents. Authorities confirmed that detailed investigations are ongoing to identify the perpetrators and motives behind the explosions.
