Islamabad – 26 April 2025: Pakistan’s Army Chief defends Pakistan after Palagham attack and emphasized unwavering commitment to the Two-Nation Theory while addressing recent tensions and propaganda.

Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir declared that Muslims differ from Hindus in all aspects of life, including religion, customs, traditions, and aspirations. He stated that the Two-Nation Theory was based on these distinct differences.

General Munir stressed that Pakistan’s forefathers sacrificed immensely for the country’s creation. He added that Pakistanis have given many sacrifices and are fully capable of defending their homeland.

While criticizing misinformation, General Munir asserted that Indian media and social platforms cannot distort history through traditional propaganda.

Meanwhile, following the Pahalgam false flag incident in Indian-administered Kashmir, Indian media has attacked the Two-Nation Theory and launched a mocking propaganda campaign.

General Munir reiterated that the Two-Nation Theory remains the foundation of Pakistan’s existence. He explained that Muslims and Hindus have starkly different religions, civilizations, languages, cultures, and histories.

Army Chief defends Pakistan by rejecting any doubts about the Two-Nation Theory’s legitimacy. He affirmed that no Pakistani should ever waver in believing this ideology.

The statement echoed the words of Pakistan’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Quaid-e-Azam had clearly said that the gulf between Muslims and Hindus was so vast that it could never be bridged.

Quaid-e-Azam questioned how Muslims and Hindus could coexist, given their different religious philosophies, social customs, and literatures. His vision remains central to Pakistan’s identity today.
