Teen suspect arrested after CCTV footage led police to Faisalabad, where TikToker Sana Yousaf was tragically found murdered.
Sana Yousaf’s Seventeen-year-old TikToker online presence ended in tragedy when she was shot dead in her home in Islamabad’s G-13/1 sector on June 2. Police arrested a grade-10 student from Faisalabad after tracing him through CCTV footage.
Authorities recovered the murder weapon and launched an immediate interrogation. According to officials, the suspect had a personal relationship with Sana and had attempted to meet her multiple times.
On May 29, the accused reportedly visited Sana on her birthday. However, she refused to meet him. Islamabad police confirmed that days later, he returned with a weapon. He entered her home, shot her twice in the chest, and fled before officers arrived.

Sana’s mother filed the FIR at Sumbal police station. Police said the suspect broke into the house around 5pm. Sana died instantly.
