Addressing the 6th International Paigham-e-Islam Conference organized by the Pakistan Ulema Council in Islamabad, the Prime Minister said that Islam is a religion of peace and all issues should be resolved through dialogue. He also thanked the leadership of Iran and the United States for attending the conference on Pakistan’s invitation.

Unity of the Muslim Ummah and Role of Scholars

He noted that during recent crises, the nation stood united beyond sectarian and religious differences, forming a strong and cohesive front, and said this positive role of Pakistan would continue in the future.

Defense of the Holy Mosques

The Prime Minister stated that the defense of the Haramain Sharifain is a matter of utmost importance for every Pakistani, adding that the defense agreement with Saudi Arabia reflects this commitment.
